HCAT has appointed Mr Chandarana as the company’s Operations Director. He brings with him 8 years of experience in this business and has good knowledge about how api trade is conducted in country. He has also done numerous short courses on Management, traceability and food safety (HACCP and ISO 22005.)

Administrative Manager
Mrs Mwambete has 12 years of experience as administrative manager. Before joining HCAT she was working for a company in Mbeya region who were procuring cocoa seeds. She has been with HCAT for last 4 years.

K. Dave
Finance/Accounts
Dave is a young and dynamic accountant and has enough experience to handle the financial issues of the company. The company is also trying to get a MBA business graduate in expected to help the company in the financial year 2009 to strengthen its management and financial sections.

Chirag Patel
Field Manager
This will be a new place created in HCAT to overlook the field officers. HCAT have identified a candidate who will be employed for a trial period of three months before employing him on full time basis. The person was working for a commodity export business and has two years experience.
